This Privacy Policy explains how PAVE, operated by Nurtura Place, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit pave.nurturaplace.com.au or register for early access to PAVE Decide and PAVE Learn.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us when you register for early access: your name, email address, suburb (optional), and which product(s) you're interested in.
- Anything you send us directly, for example by emailing hello@nurturaplace.com.au.
- Standard technical information that may be collected automatically by our hosting or analytics providers, such as browser type and pages visited, if and when we use such tools.
How we use your information
- To register you for early access and contact you about PAVE Decide and PAVE Learn.
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
- To understand how families are using PAVE and improve it.
We don't use your information for anything beyond what you'd reasonably expect from signing up to a Melbourne & Victoria family product.
How we store and share your information
Early access form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service we use to receive and manage signups. Formspree may store submitted data on its own servers — see Formspree's privacy policy for details of how it handles data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we only share it where required by law.
Children's information
PAVE is intended for use by parents, guardians and carers — not by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@nurturaplace.com.au. If you no longer want to hear from us, let us know and we'll remove you from our list.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Nurtura Place is a small business based in Victoria, Australia. Depending on annual turnover, small businesses can fall within an exemption under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) — but regardless of whether that exemption applies to us, we aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as a matter of good practice.
